BIOGRAPHY

Spencer Fodczuk, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant with more than twenty-three years of clinical experience, dedicated to providing thoughtful and thorough care to every patient he meets. Before entering civilian practice, Spencer served twenty-two years in the United States Army. His service included three deployments to Iraq and assignments in diverse environments that strengthened his adaptability, resilience, and commitment to caring for others under all circumstances.

Spencer’s philosophy in medicine is simple: treat every patient as if they were a member of his own family. He strives to create an environment where people feel heard, respected, and supported. Whether managing chronic conditions, evaluating new concerns, or guiding patients through complex decisions, his goal is always to provide clear communication, evidence-based recommendations, and compassionate support. He understands how frustrating it can be for patients when providers move on before a trusting relationship can be built, and he wants his patients to know that continuity of care is a priority for him. His goal is to be a stable, reliable presence in their healthcare journey, someone they can count on year after year. He values the long-term relationships that develop in primary care and takes pride in being a clinician who stays, listens, and grows with the families he serves.

Spencer is married and the proud father of five children, and family life is at the center of everything he does. Outside of work, he spends his time hiking, fishing, camping with his family, woodworking, biking with the kids. These activities keep him grounded, balanced, and connected to the people and experiences that matter most.
