Dr. Milman received her medical degree from Nicolae Testemi?anu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Chisinau, Moldova. She completed her residency at St. John Medical Center in Detroit, MI. She has lived in Washington state for 27 years and is dual board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics. With her 20 years working in medicine, her specialty is in primary care, women’s health, and pediatrics. Outside of work, Dr. Milman enjoys skiing, dancing, and hiking.
