Biography
Dr. Hoff was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA, and received his Bachelor of Science at California Lutheran College. He then went to graduate school at the University of Washington and received his medical degree at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Dr. Hoff has held positions for both the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and Washington Osteopathic Medical Association (WOMA). He has worked as an independent provider at his Family Practice in Burien, WA since 1986.
