Maua Swai, ARNP, earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Wake Technical Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing University of Winston Salem in North Carolina. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas. She is a compassionate nurse practitioner with many great skills. She is thorough and easily makes good patient rapport. She has several years of nursing experience working at different locations. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Maua aims to provide outpatient health care services to meet each patient’s needs and offer care that is patient and family-focused. She always makes sure to incorporate patient education and evidence-based guidelines as important aspects for the patient to be involved and make informed decisions for their health.
