BIOGRAPHY
Nauman Ahmad, MD, completed his residency at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City and is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. Dr. Ahmad is passionate about providing children with a medical clinic where parents and pediatricians can develop lifelong partnerships. He aims to provide children with comprehensive care to achieve optimal growth and development. He is specialized in pediatric cardiology and common conditions he treats include various forms of congenital heart diseases, which present as heart murmur, failed congenital heart disease screen in newborns, pulmonary hypertension, and various forms of cardiomyopathy. Dr. Ahmad also performs fetal echocardiograms in collaboration with maternal obstetrics physicians. All tests, including electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, fetal echocardiogram, Holter monitor, and blood pressure monitor, are done on-site, and results are shared with families in a timely fashion.
