Robert is a graduate of University of La Salette, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He then pursued his education to become an Advanced Nurse Practitioner at the University of Phoenix, AZ receiving a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Robert has an extensive medical background in his native country the Philippines. He is a Board-Certified Medical Technologist, earning a Doctorate Degree in Medicine and participated in a 3-year Residency Training Program in Internal Medicine and completed a 2-year Fellowship Training Program in Gastroenterology and Digestive Endocrinology. After deciding to settle in Washington, he joined a Gastroenterology Specialist group in Tacoma and an Occupational Medicine Clinic in Tukwila. Driven by a desire for autonomy, he went on to establish his own private practice at West Hill Medical Clinic in Kent.

Robert has a love for the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and is a proud father of his three great children who have also decided to follow his footsteps in joining the medical field. Robert enjoys spending his leisure time with the company of his extended family and finds solace in his vacation home in the South Puget Sound. He has a strong commitment to community service and engages in charitable work, including educational sponsorship, medical missions, and various other civic services through his fraternity organization.
