Board-certified ophthalmologist Dr. Thomas G. Mulligan graduated from the University of Washington in 1985. He obtained his medical degree from McGill University Medical School in Montreal, Canada. His residency in ophthalmology was completed in 1994 at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Mulligan has been practicing at Clearview Eye & Laser since 1994. He specializes in refractive and cataract surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is certified in iLASIK surgery. He has extensive experience in oculoplastic and also treats eye diseases such as diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.
